reviews with false feedback

We have just received a very severe review, where our client complained about several false issues: how can we avoid this would affect our ranking (and our business)?

Thank you. You are right: there's no way to defend ourselves from reviews with false contents.

Booking.com will take actions only against reviews containing "clear threats", with "written proofs": this clearly means "will never take actions at all"
