Unfortunately booking.com don't seem to remove bad reviews even when unjustified.

Thank you. You are right: there's no way to defend ourselves from reviews with false contents.
Booking.com will take actions only against reviews containing "clear threats", with "written proofs": this clearly means "will never take actions at all"
