We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



Risk Free is a Con !

Guest recently cancelled his Risk Free booking outside of his own cancellation period but within the dates covered by Booking.com. Now all Booking.com want to do is to avoid payout of this Risk Free booking. 

Telephone calls dropped and emails through Extranet unanswered. 

Not impressed.

There is a whole discussion topic on this with people raising exactly the same type of issues.  I agree.

Just found this forum today. The booking was for €1,515. I am not surprised that they are trying to get out of it. 

We also always told that the conversation is being recorded for staff training purposes. 

However, no record of it being available when you go looking for it. 

Absolute fraudulent behaviour.

They may have suspended that programme and never told us officially.
