SCAM - Syndicate

My hotel has been Scammed by a syndicate.

They have managed to open a account with a similar name with the same address and room numbers.

They take bookings, the guest receive a confirmation from, scammer ask the guest for email address via messaging service and forward invoice to guest and request a transfer money to an overseas account for accommodation.  

Most of the bookings will be double bookings at my REAL hotel.

Who at can help as a matter of urgency? I need information please.
