SCAM - Syndicate
My hotel has been Scammed by a syndicate.
They have managed to open a Booking.com account with a similar name with the same address and room numbers.
They take bookings, the guest receive a confirmation from Booking.com, scammer ask the guest for email address via Booking.com messaging service and forward invoice to guest and request a transfer money to an overseas account for accommodation.
Most of the bookings will be double bookings at my REAL hotel.
Who at booking.com can help as a matter of urgency? I need information please.
