Hi Support!
I have a reservation number *** on July 12.
On July 15, I announced that there was no room and requested to cancel but the guest did not see the message.
Today guests came and I could not arrange.
Currently guests are calling and creating additional accounts to rate 1 * on my Google Map.
I look forward to receiving help in this case.
