Sync, Import and Export Calendars

Hi,

I'm trying to Sync booking.com calendar with website.  When I login to extranet and check "Rates & Availability" or "Calendar" there is no any sync option available. In documentation it says "Not all property types are eligible for this feature" Can anyone suggest what should I do to make sync possible.

That will be correct if you do not meet the requirements , which is the common cause.

 

You need to sign up for a 3rd party channel manager or have your webdev read the documentation on the limitation requirements.

 

Note: if your room types have a inventory of >1 you will never be able to use it, and why you cannot see it.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
