synching and contacting

just discovered my booking dot con calender is not synching with my Airbnb one anymore.... after synching for years, An then discovered there is no way to email booking dot con anymore either..... you just go round and round in circles. the second i can leave here the better, but in the meantime how do i sot the above out please?

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

 


 

There was never an email address, so puzzled as to why you think there was.

 

as for the Ical Sync, thats been talked to death on here - Do not relie on it. It has never been a realtime feature.

Its doesnot trigger on a new booking on either side.

 

The reccomended solution is to always use a 3rd party Channel Manager

 

e.g.

syncbnb.com

nobeds.com

cloudberds.com

etc

 

syncbnb actually did up a blog post on how it does not work ,and both my self and Isle of Wright have also been banging on about it for over 18 months to use a CM t oavoid over bookings.
