Taking booking in breach of covid

Why do you continue to take bookings when regulations does not allow it. The booking number is *** and if this is not cancelled immediately with no cancellation fee I am forwarding this to the police

That is not at all how it works, and if you are getting bookings still, it means you have failed to correctly configure your availability calendar.

 

BdC are not responsible for that, you are. Not Harsh just cutting to the chase.

 

Its very important you understand how to open/close rooms, disable a rate for a date(s); manage the inventory count for a room type; link room to rate plans(all or only some);

 

and finally never ever enable Calendar sync with another OTA, without first signing up for a free or paid for Channel manager 3rd party service.

 

The pain without it is not worth it, double /overbookings.

 

 

You cannot post action requests here , only ask for advise.

 

Your next action is to open the booking in question and click Request Cancellation

or message the guest and explain you cannot take bookings currently until after x date or for now until things change.

 

Direct them to the guest website to cancel their booking or contact Customer Service.

or offer to change dates else.

 

phone BDC Partner support to organise it and pray they dont ask to be relocated else BdC will invoice you for it.
