We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Is there not ANY PERSON available on booking.com anymore?

I am a host, so called "dear partner" ? You call me partner, but you won't talk to me. It's impossible to talk to a human anymore. You even don't answer mails! 

Is your aim to charge commision from your "dear partner" without having any contact?

My tip is to start providing service again, before we don't need you anymore

Yes, but they have removed their phonenumber, and the old one doesn't function. They don't answer mails. So I assume the intention is not to have any personal work with the hosts anymore, only helpdesk and other automatic "service". But they still charge the same high fee.

Calling us Dear partners is a joke.
