Top management needs to revisit scoring system
I want the decision maker for booking.com or Priceline to re-evaluate the scoring system for reviews and return to using the science of math. My most recent review from a guest gives us two 7.5, and four 10.0, and he left no comments. The mathematical average is 8.333. For reasons I don't know, he gave us an overall rating of 5.0 so future guests do not see his scoring and only see Booking.com's rating of "Fair". Maybe he meant to give us a 5.0 out of 5.0, not 5.0 out of 10.0?
