Unfair practice about reviews

Members please ease my stress. We have realised in shock that good reviews are not shown by booking.com but whenever a guest does a negative review they show it saying it what's the guest experienced.

We have been noticing some shenaginans when it comes to guest reviews and we have been questioning booking.com, today they are exposed.

Recently booking.com has taken off a recent guest review which was good and which was a service experienced by our guest. We feel this totally unfair. 

The guest is our regular guest and this time around he comes findings us improved with a lot of new progress, he mention all these in his review and gives us a 10, all of a sudden booking.com does not show it.

We are very sad...and frustrated


simply to reply to the guest feedback and clarify the misinformation and misconceptions they have so other will know they were just being lazy, and inconsiderate.
