Update Hotel Star Category


since last month our Hotel did not have a official Hotel Star Classification. Therefore we had 3 dots not stars as our ranking.

Now we are classfied as a 3 Star superior hotel.

Where can i update this information in my profile? I cant find the right place, to do it.

You cannot,  designate your own rating .


Submit the qualification documents to be reviewed.

 Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

i have just called the support as described from you and a nice person told me that he just updated my hotel to the 3 star category. It will take up to 48 hours for the chance. No further details from us were needed.

Lets see if it will change that easy.




 Ok, good to know and also a bit worrying, as if anyone can submit any rating ,then it can be abused if there is no certificate to prove the rating.
