Best to do this via booking.com customer support and not via the partner forum!

However my suggestion is to consider doing a long term block of your calendar using the "no end date"option until you sort this out to avoid bookings coming in and also you might want to leave it as unavailable as having to recreate your entry from scratch again will take time and effort!

Hi Zdravko Mofardin!

Thank you for your post, I agree with jaybeegee. I think the quickest way to get help would be to send a message through your extranet or use the phone number listed next to your extranet inbox.

All the best!

Thanks Sergei for your comments. But, I don't  like to call some phone number. I need only to close (forever) my Booking.com Partner property.

I don't like when I receive some "last minute" request, and I have no time to make refuse request, even in case that I have "closed" status in my property calendar.

It is really complicate to close my property.

You have a legal bidding contract with booking.com so you cannot expect just to set a flag and it all goes away. So you will need to submit your request and get an official notification.

As regards the last minute request, you have the necessary tools in place to decide how much notice you need and you will not get bookings if you are properly set up as closed.

do not blame the tools! we have all been there and made these mistakes and continue to make them - it is part of the learning process.
