User Friendliness of Pulse

I am seriously struggling with executing basic setup restrictions etc. I don't find navigating and understanding the "Help" section when it comes to explaining how to do things easy and it's very confusing. All I want to do is set a blanket restriction of minimum 2 nights stay across ALL dates but I have not been able to do this other than manually doing it. The entire system on this platform seems overly complicated compared to others I use. Pretty much at the point where I want to remove my property from Booking.com.

MAJOR Note: Do not try to do the initial setup of your property only using the Pulse  app, that is literally the worst thing you can try to do.


You can only do that and get the full features on a computer with a browser.


The pulse app comes later for notifications and quick message, update , block calendar etc and as a 2FA security PIN generator.


This is the real reason you are winding yourself up over it, you started arseways approach, the cart before the horse as we say in Ireland.


This will help a great deal in what you need to learn as a new beginner.::

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

I worked on both the app and on PC and believe me when I tell you I find this platform very confusing and not user friendly. I even struggled to find this post again just to read your reply. I actually think I am going to unregister from Booking.com and continue on with the platforms I already have and look for and explore others. The aggrevation and time involved with this is not worth it.
