What is going on!!! Login problems FAO Admin

It's fluff here, I have borrowed this account from a friend who doesn't use it (will give it back when I'm done here!)

Login problems;

Started a week ago when I suddenly couldn't log in to Extranet, "you must reset your password" was the error. OK, did that BUT the system wanted to send the reset code/link to an email we have never heard of!

A couple of phone calls later and BDC claim we have three accounts??? All linked to non-existent emails!!! Eventually we manage to get a reset sent manually to the correct email and we have access to Extranet once again.

BUT

I cannot get in here, good grief, what are they up to?

Anyway, if a member of the Admin. team can send me reset details to the correct email for user fluff  I would be most grateful as the phone team are totally bemused by it, that was after I educated them about he existence of Partner Hub, they had never heard of it!

Right, it's official.

Someone at IT towers in BDC did actually delete access to my fluff  account and they say it cannot be restored. The account I borrowed TEMPORARY fluff2 (Pui)  has had the same treatment. BDC claim their records show "at property request" for both, Pah!

Anyway, revised question here is, can this account be merged with fluff  ?

Hello Sergei, thanks for your attention.

The problem goes back further and is more complicated. See my first post above.

Initially trying to reset the password wanted to send the reset link to an email we deleted 2 years ago. It was deleted off Extranet and Partner Forum, BDC was also informed of the change and expunge all record of the old email for all departments. The new email was connected to Extranet and Partner Forum, has remained so for 2 years. 

Suddenly we had no access to E or PF, the system demanding a reset of password but sending to the old deleted email address for E and to another email address for PF that we did not recognise.

After chats with telephone support we eventually persuaded them to send a reset to our correct email, thus gaining access to E but not to PF.

Today we were told by your office in Singapore (I assume Thailand office closed?) that my PF account under fluff  has had its login details deleted and could not be fixed. I find that impossible to believe, if it can be magically changed to the wrong details then why not back to the correct ones? The account I am using now for PF is under the same username and PW as my E and is only possible because we had an old extra account for checking on a previous login problem from a year or so ago that has since been allocated to these credentials.

All I'm asking is to have the original fluff  account allocated back to me, possibly merged onto this account?

Thank you for more details, I shared this with the product team. It looks like the property which was connected to your extranet account is no longer active. Please check if your Extranet account is truly active and verified. Then please try again to log in to the Hub with those same credentials.

Property is fully functional.

Extranet is fully functional

***Cannot login into my original fluff  account here. Attempting reset makes the system send a reset link to an email I do not recognise, therefore, cannot login and cannot reset.

Singapore office said the login credentials for original account were deleted their end and not recoverable but I seriously doubt that.

Hey Fluff (new account)! From what I can see, the property that is connected to your old profile is no longer active (the contract is terminated). So please double-check it in your extranet.

No, that is not correct. The property is one and the same. Please read my description of what happened in the earlier posts. We were forced to accept a new username and password for the Extranet but whoever did that did not include Partner Hub and, reportedly, deleted the login credentials, for PH, instead.

Hey Fluff (new account)! I understand your frustration, but I don't think I can help with this problem. I shared with you the information I can, and I also discussed it with the product team. Unfortunately, we can't help with it. Please reach out to support.

OK, understood. At least you tried.

Support, unfortunately, has been pretty useless. I did get one girl that really tried but didn't have the authority to action anything. I asked her to pass me to her supervisor, which she did. In bleak contrast the supervisor was very surly and refused to assist!
