What is going on!!! Login problems FAO Admin
It's fluff here, I have borrowed this account from a friend who doesn't use it (will give it back when I'm done here!)
Started a week ago when I suddenly couldn't log in to Extranet, "you must reset your password" was the error. OK, did that BUT the system wanted to send the reset code/link to an email we have never heard of!
A couple of phone calls later and BDC claim we have three accounts??? All linked to non-existent emails!!! Eventually we manage to get a reset sent manually to the correct email and we have access to Extranet once again.
I cannot get in here, good grief, what are they up to?
Anyway, if a member of the Admin. team can send me reset details to the correct email for user fluff I would be most grateful as the phone team are totally bemused by it, that was after I educated them about he existence of Partner Hub, they had never heard of it!
