Where do we get the opportunity to discuss with Booking.com representatives about our concerns?
Good job improving the Partner Hub... But.
I'm not really into discussing with other Owners.
My main concern is how to get Booking.com to understand the issues I may encounter while using Booking and how/when you are going to address them.
Such as: when are you going to offer us the opportunity to charge guests through you Booking, as we do with Airbnb, Flipkey or HA?
That's really a very very important question. And I don't see nowhere in this beautiful Hub any kind of answer.
