why hasn't my listing got the 3 yellow boxes with dot in middle?

Hi there,

I notice that on the list of available properties for any particular date, my listing does not have the 3 yellow boxes with a white dot in the middle next to its name, unlike other similar properties in my area. On hovering over the yellow boxes of other properties, it says 'awarded to home and apartment-like properties by Booking.com. These represent quality ratings based on factors such as facilties, size, location and service.' My property has been listed since March last year, it has 14 reviews and an overall score of 9.4. Does anybody knowo why my listing does not have this very visible accolade? We are part of the Genius programme which shows, but despite this we are not above those with the 3 yellow boxes, even though we have accepted all bookings and have never cancelled anybody.

Not sure but its likely some algorythm, pop a message to partner support and let us know what they say.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Yes, you're right, it's an algorithm. So I still don't know specifically what I need to do to improve.
