Wrong email on extranet -
Hi comunity, please can someone help us, two years ago we opened account on booking and everything was great, but than last year 2020 we were close, and our password espired and we need to make new one and send it to the mail. But the mail is wrong so the link with new logi in acces is somewere on email that does not exist.
meanwile I opened the new account , but we still get the booked dates on other accout that we can not menage.
how I can resolve this, becouse all the money will be somewhere in clouds..
( I have acces with ulse but still when I use PIN it does not give us permit to go in account )
