wrong Location

The location in the description is wrong 
Why can't i change the description and give the good lokation.

Now it's 60 km from the original place





Welcome, might I suggest you rename from info to something more productive such as the Listing name or owner name; there are many before you who are calling themselves generic words, its not very professional or productive.

Also invite you also to use my How To guide to link your property to your profile so we can view the same as you and guests.

You can go to Property Menu in extranet and use View My Description to submit better info.


Also use maps.google.com to locate the real location and provide that link or the LAT LONG cords from it to support team or in that submission.

I had similar problem.... I found my coordinates in Google maps...send them through Extranet in inbox tab directly to BDC and they fixed my location.

I had a similar problem and my property end up in another state and got 2 bookings, Crazy. Took me so long to change it.

Issue was a coma ( ,) between the street and north west ( orientation). So, I copy paste exactly how it is in the city mailing address and requested the change,  it got fixed ( took 2 weeks)
