Deleting a listing

I would like to completely delete a listing. I was able to follow some instructions but the listing is still in booking.com even though one cannot book on it. Thank you LLoyd

Cannot clear unanswered message

Hello all I have an unanswered message - only it isn't. I did answered it, but somehow it is stuck and now I cannot even send a new answer to the guest. I wonder if anybody else has had this problem.

New score system

Has anyone had any reviews and scores with the new scoreing system? Booking.com posted a few weeks ago that they were changing the scoreing system to a 10 point sliding scale but I still have not seen
