I am very upset at the moment. Why booking.com does not seem to care for the host. Almost 90% is the right of the guests. I wish we could also have a right as a host over the guests. Really upset. I

guest do not read

Guest only read first page when booking and dont care when they arrive late even if you have a late notice on there booking page which i get a lot they do not ring ahead if they are going to be late
