2 question

Dear,

 

We had a no show on the 19th of may booked on the 17th of may. We do want to get paid. The customer did not sent any message. Why do we not get paid as it was clearly a no show.

 

2. we have a booking on the 15 th of june. But the field is not coloured as booked? why?
