It was cancelled however you said I will be paid -18 euro I.e you will charge me, the homeowner. How could it be?

Hi welcome,

 

  • So this sounds like neither guest nor you followed process to set it as canceled.
  • Always get the guest to initiate it , is best option.
  • a verbal/ message request does not mean anything if no one actually clicks on Request Cancel
  • How was it cancelled exactly?
  • best to dispute it using that feature under finance menu or phone partner support to review and explain where you went wrong
