About the amount I have to pay
Dear partner,
I hope this email finds you well.
I have seen the email you have sent about the amount I have to pay to you. The people who have booked have canceled it so no one came to our Holiday house, we did not take any money. That is why we do not have to pay any amount to you.
We also want to stop collaborating with you because we have required help about the people who canceled at the last minute but we did not get it. As you can see in the files I have attached, we waited for them and they did not come, not even picked up the phone. If you want you can confirm with the persons who have booked.
Hope you will take all the relevant factors regarding my situation into consideration.
