why was i charged to pay the commission of guests that cancelled/didn't show up?
why was i charged to pay the commission of guests that cancelled/didn't show up?
if it was a refundable reservation BDC dont have right to commision for that, if it was the otherway around, a NON Refundable reservation then you get your payment and BDC their commision.
