About pay commission & activate Booking.Com properly again.
Dear partner,
At first we are very sorry, because after a long time we are able to open our property. You know about COVID-19. Our property was closed for last 9 months. We have a due your commission. Now we want to pay your commission. I hope you will forgive our mistake about payment & Re-Activate our job.

Thats very simple just use the bank transfer info under Finance Overview to send a payment, wait 3-4 days and it clears the balance.
Then ring BdC support to enable your calendar, if its not auto done.
Contact BdC Support as per the visual guide below or the short version here:
1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
