About virtual credit cards
In order to allow late check in for a guest arriving outside of reception hours, we have to pre authorise the booking amount.
We do not accept credit cards where you can only charge the card after the guest has arrived.
How can we change this with booking.com.
we have never offered this or to cancel the booking 1 day before arrival.
