Absurd bank transfer fee charged by Booking.com

Booking.com charges me whenever it credits some money to my bank account a whopping 1.3% bank transfer fees. The money left for the owners is getting thinner and thinner and it feels like it has now become much too much what they charge. This fee is absurd!!! All over Europe commissions for bank transfers are ZERO euro whenever you send money thru your bank account to someone. WHY?

  • 1.3 % is NOt whopping
  • its actually being charged by the payment provider they use, and every payment provider charges a fee, including when you partner with one too.
  • BdC will be passing this on to the partner, either in full or partial. Yes I agree it is cheeky of them, but they can do it if they want and theres nothing ewe can do but whinge at them for it.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
