Activating my account

We had a billing dispute. we had a conversation, Bookings and I, a new invoice was sent to me with the assurance that if i paid it , Bookings would allow me to reopen my account. I paid the new invoice last week. i then called back Bookings Fincance dept. They confirmed payment.  I waited 48 hours, went to extranet, updated my prices and availabilty, yet my account is still closed.  how do i activate my account?  Thank you

yeah it can be up to 2 weeks or call partner support to chase it

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
