"Add Your New Bank Details" under "Direct Debit Payments to Booking.com" Error

I am attempting to add an account to the Direct Debit Payments tab in order to setup automatic invoice payment and have run into this error: no matter what bank I attempt to enter in the first line of "Bank details" it replies "We couldn't find a match." In the picture I have entered the bank which our hotel to show the exact response. Since there is no option to fill in the lines manually I have been unable to set up automatic invoice payment.
