Adding User to Extranet and Cancelling a Reservation

I can’t seem to get to my account information and none of my info shows up to add user. 

I also have a reservation that I need to cancel as the unit will not be available and I have not found a suitable unit to replace it with for them. I have communicated for some time about this issue. Can just cancel the transaction in my futurestay account ?

Hi Brenda,

 

1. Extranet  > top right menus, 1st menu is account menu.

2. Cancelling Reservations - cannot be done here.

 

whats futurestay?  are you using a channel manager tool to list on more than one OTA?

 

 

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
