Additionnal fees

Hi everyone,

 

I put some extra fees (bed linen and cleaning) and I am wondering if my guest paid it or not on while booking on booking.com. 

My last guest booked today and it does not seem they paid the additional fees. Is it because I changed the policies yesterday.

Open their reservation details page and scroll down click on the room and payment info to expand and see the breakdown.

 

if you had an additional fee , any set at the time they booked, then it will be the and if they paid BdC at time of booking then yes they paid.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
