At 31 of July we received a last minute booking. This crossen a booking by the holidaypark. We contacted the guest and she agreed to book another holidayhome. Now the reservation had to be remover from the bookingsite but we don’t know how to do this. We tried to get contact with Booking.com by phone but then we need an accomodaties number which we lost. We don’t know how to get a new number and we find it very difficult to get in contact with Booking.com.

  • Reservations Details Page
  • Right Pane, Request To Cancel
  • Choose option 2, submit
  • Wait for guest to receive email with action to confirm
