Athens BDC local office
My local BDC office in Athens has always been very friendly and helpful whenever I needed their support.
Today once again I have to thank them for their excellent service and support for a Risk Free Reservation that was canceled.
Keep on the great work team!!
I don't know which office we were talking to today as they rung us regarding an issue of guest payment, still ongoing.
The first guy was excellent, we discussed the issue fully, threw some ideas around and came up with a plan of action that he then implemented.
Due to data corruption errors we had a second call, again excellent and a new plan made.
A third call was necessary due to an extra problem, unfortunately this 3rd guy was very much the opposite and definitely in the wrong job!
Anyway 2 out of 3 not just good but truly excellent, well done those 2 guys for really trying their best.
Well I guess fluff ...that’s not too bad....
Sending feedback to BDC for the service of their support team every time we are asked for actually helps us...
