Bank details can not be updated online and via app
Hi. Been trying to update my bank details via the app and on the website but its not allowing me to input the swiftcode. Is there an email where I can send my details so you can update on your end? My property is in the Philippines. Please help.

Have the same problem, write BDC 4 times about this issue in the last 5 days, no answer.
Maybe you should try and call your BDC local office for support.
