bank details info

Hi,

We have a the following message: 

"Bank details problem: A payment failed for another reservation due to incorrect or missing bank details. Enter correct bank details now to avoid that for this future reservation"

We have introduced our IBAN, but the message still appearing in all our bookings.
Do we have to add something more?
