Bank Details - No SMS, No Phone Call, No Response on Help Request through Admin Platform
Hi all,
I'll keep this short, the title explains it all.
My phone number has been approved, it has been tested when registering after all by a code. Now I want to add my bank details and sudden there is no more code. I have no doubt there is a flaw in the system of booking.com in relation to adding the bank details and the verification step.
Please fix this issue as you guys, booking.com, are now without permission of the partner withholding funds that do not belong to you.

Fair enough, however I believe the Community must be aware of the attitude of Booking.com staff in regards to issues as a reference to their future business.
If Booking.com gives good service, that must be promoted, bad service must be spread so it will help people to either choose or not to become a Partner with Booking.com. Plus, no doubt Booking.com staff is reading this forum as it's an official part of their domain.
When there is an issue (and I read I am not alone in this) the community needs to stand up in order for the giant to move.

When you add your bank details that does not mean that Booking.com is withholding funds or taking guest payments. Payments are collected by BDC only if you activated feature such as "Payments by Booking.com" or "Online Payments by BDC".

I should have added a detail perhaps to my post, Payments by Booking.com is activated on my account and thus the payment has been made to Booking.com and thus, since they are not sending me a text for being able to add my bank details (which I need a solution for as stated), are withholding my funds.

If I understand correctly you are not able to receive a 6-digit code through verification method? Not even when you choose the Pulse option?
Well anyway the best solution is to send a message to Booking.com as Adamopolou stated and you should receive a response in couple of days.

That is indeed the issue, and the funny thing is that for phone number registration they require the same and there I had no issues at all, zero. My phone number has been registered perfectly fine without any hassle, received the text, but now when I need a text (not only for adding my bank details, but also when I try to log in to extranet through my mobile phone) it simply doesn't get to my phone. I have also tried the pulse, assuming that is the call, option. No result either, very frustrating.
To me that clearly means something needs to be looked into from Booking.com side. F.e. check the history in their system in regards to outgoing texts/calls.

As you said the Community has to help the Giant to move but it’s better that both the Giant an the Community cooperate for better results!!!

I believe that as guests don’t bother to read policies when making reservations the same happens when partners list their properties!!!

Conclusion based on lack of information, unfortunate reply. I have Payments by Booking.com activated.
Please keep the post clean of unnecessary replies so other people don't have to scroll through tons of information that is not relevant to the subject.
