The invoice payment will not be made since on that date no reservation was received due to coronavirus problems and we were incommunicado on the Island, please make the invoice correction since we are not owing anything Thank you.


El pago de la factura no se realizara ya que en esa fecha no se recibió ninguna reserva por problemas de coronavirus y estábamos incomunicados en la Isla, favor realizar la corrección de la Factura ya que no estamos debiendo nada Gracias.

You have posted this on the Partner forum so we are unable to help with a problem with invoices.  You need to contact the booking.com Help team by using the Inbox icon on Extranet.

Call the dedicated Finance phone number* found in the ‘Financial Overview’ section of the ‘Finance’ tab in your extranet.

Or use the message option , and include the relevant info.

Please note that our finance team is available during business hours, Monday to Friday only.
