Bills Cancellation
Good arternoon!
We are writing for cancellation of charge for reservation. Because guest didn`t came, so we didn`t charge him for accommodation. We requested for review on 3th September. Please, cancelle this charge.
You have posted this on the partner forum so we cannot help with this. In future you need to go into the Reservation and click 'Request to cancel' and then guest confirms. That way you don't have to sort out invoice invoices.
