Blocked calendar and payouts
Hi, for the last 2 weeks I have been trying to contact booking.com for information on why I can't open reservations for my new property in Bratislava and why payments are blocked. Even the first booking was long overdue and the money was not sent to me. The property is mine, I also received a code to the address that I entered immediately on the property page. I called the booking number about 4 times, I wrote a lot of messages and I was promised that they would contact me from Slovak booking.com, that they wanted to verify the property, which of course I agree with. But no one called me the whole next week, so I wrote again yesterday. Complete ignorance. I lose money and the booking is deprived of its commissions. Especially in these difficult times, it's awful to see such support. I am asking you to comment on this matter and to rectify this situation immediately. Well thank you.
