I have never got any booking from here which means I have never earned any money and am being asked to pay commission, that's not fair.

Commission is charged as a percentage of the revenue received so sounds strange. If you look in the Finance section it will show you what bookings the commission is charged on. The 'Reservation Statement' gives you a breakfast and ability to dispute.
