Booking Breakfast fee Cancel request
Dear Booking Team,
We would like to ask to cancel the amount of 24 Euros, a breakfast fee, the customer did not have due to misunderstanding. The customer wished earlier breakfast different than our usual breakfast time. So, the customer left without having breakfast in our house. The new employee has confirmed it but come late, unfortunately, That Guy is not working with us anymore. We are deeply sorry; we would like to apologize to the customers and refund him the two breakfast. Thank you very much for your understanding.
