Hello Dear Booking Team,
I'm messaging about the reservation under the name of *** *** for 2 rooms which the check-in date 14.07.21 check out date 15.07.21 . This guest requested to cancel his reservation by sending us a message. We replied that he should contact with Booking Customer Center if it is possible or not to cancel the booking and refund the payment. Although it was a pre-payment reservation we would like to cancel the reservation without any commission to provide guest satisfaction. Their flights has been cancelled. Can i kindly ask that is it possible for you to cancel reservation by refunding guest? If yes, we are not charging the amount from the virtual credit card that you attached to reservation. If you can not cancel it we will be charging the reservation amount.
