Booking commison

Hi. We believe we paid a commision invoice on the 16th of June. It still says it is unpaid. The invoice number is ***. It doesn't make sense to us.

Hey there,

Remember this is just the forum, so no one here works for Booking.com. You will need to send this message to Booking.com directly via the Extranet -> Inbox -> Booking.com messages. 

It does take a while for the payment to reflect, so it actually should show by latest within 10 days. If you send them the proof of payment directly after making payment then there should be no issues.
