Booking commission
Greetings,
Could you please provide information for us about the reservation status. We have the case of two reservations being with status OK meanwhile the guests have not been at our hotel. So the booking commission was invoiced for us. What are the possibilities for us to not pay the invoice. If not what can be the other ways to avoid such cases?

This sounds like a No-Show booking and you failed to mark it so on day two after check-in date.
Depending on how long ago that was,
You can simply use the Finance Menu > Reservations , and tick the box for that one to Dispute it and update its status.
Or a simple message BdC Support with the reference and why it should be marked No Show.

Contact BdC Support as per the visual guide below or the short version here:
1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
