Booking did not collect from guests as agreed

IF YOU ARE NEW PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE PROCEEDING BEFORE YOU LOSE AS MUCH AS I HAVE!

I have 4 properties listed with booking, set up for booking to collect.  3 of the 4 were going fine.  I received my 1st reservation on the 4th but no payment.  I contacted booking and told it would be coming.  I get 2 more reservations and by the end of the month found they werent paid either.  I get a 4th last minute I didnt know about until guest called for door code.  Quickly checked my calendar, saw it blocked so gave it to her.  On checking my email I have one from booking saying her credit card details weren't given, payment to be arranged at property.  I call booking and told told I have to collect, my property doesnt meet the criteria for them to collect but they could not tell me what criteria, I contact guest who says she paid booking.  After many calls I put her on 1 phone, booking on another and booking told her she needed to pay me cash.  She didnt have enough so I took what she had.  Obviously, this is why I wasnt paid for my other 3 reservations.  Booking told me to contact those guests and try to collect.  Only 1 responded who also thought she had paid booking.  To date Ive received nothing on the $2500 in reservations.  If not bad enough this last minute guest turned out to be an addict tht stole $2000 worth of my things so Im out $4500.00.

Ive tried to remove my listing but cant due to booking wanting me to pay the commission on the reservations I wasnt paid for.
