Booking error

Hi we have guest arriving today you have told us it’s only one guest they have confirmed it’s actually 2 adults and 2 children so they haven’t been charged correctly can you amend and charge correctly or cancel there booking

nope you cant blame  BdC didnt tell you,
the guest failed to say it or mark it as for 2 adults 2 children. either through lasiness or intentional.

 

keep it simple and ask them for the difference in price on check in.

 

escalade to partner support if they refuse to pay and ask them to leave
