Booking has not paid me after 1 month
Booking has not paid me since my last guests departed nearly 1 month ago. I had received a phone call and Skype to confirm my property and I have not received a single franc yet. Booking charges fees for their work and that is fair but this level of service for their partners is unacceptable. What can I do?
You need to check your payment terms under Finance, Getting paid. If it is once a month on 15th then yes you can wait that long. If someone departs on 2nd July you won't get paid until 15th August.
