Booking ****** - J*****

Guest didn't show up on Saturday 3rd August, tried to charge card and details don't work. Marked as no show. Please advice us on next step to recover £55.

Simply count it as a loss. As you have no way of going after them , yes you can report them to BdC, but I doubt there is a way to recuperate it.
