This booking make with*** with reference no ***

Hi, i receive a call from a customer say he have make a booking ad check in by last few days, But, i didn't receive and comfirmation email. He ask for refund of cause we didn't provide any services. But i think agoda should refund for him. We do chat with booking.com, but no answer from booking.com

if he booked via agoda then he needs to contact them,

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
