Booking Number ***



We receive a reservation by Booking but the reservation didn't be in our system.

The guest : *** *** ( Booking N° ***) has already paid his room but we can't see the credit card details to take the amount because the reservation has not integreted in our system.


Could you help us please ?

If you can see the booking in the Reservations list on Extranet then it is legit.

If you are using a Channel Manager /PMS and normaly process payments directly with guest, check the CM for the booking also and what status it has.


If still unclear after that , then you need to contact the support tea mfor your PMS/Channel manager and not Booking.com
